I grew up in Macau and moved to the UK as a teenager. I began cooking at fifteen to recreate the flavours of my childhood.
My background shaped my love for food culture—how good food brings people together and how recipes evolve as they're passed on.
As a MasterChef finalist , I found a creative voice through cooking. With Love Sum dumplings, I'm excited to share that with you.
