Prawn Hargow

Cantonese dumplings with a prawn and bamboo shoot filling. This classic Cantonese dim sum delicacy is a visually appealing and delicious dumpling that showcases the exquisite flavours of fresh prawns. Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce or serve with our easy-to-make stir-fried greens.

Wrapper: Wheat Starch, Water, Tapioca Flour, Vegetable Oil.

Filling: Prawns (Crustaceans) (45.7%), Corn Starch, Bamboo Shoots (5.7%), Water Chestnut, Ground White Pepper, Sunflower Oil, Chicken Powder, Sugar, and Sesame Oil.

per dumpling: Energy 191 kJ / 46 kcal, Fat 1.0g, of which saturates 0.1g, Carbohydrates 7.3g, of which saturates 0.3g, Protein 1.9g, Fibre 0.3g, Salt 0.4g.

per 100g: Energy 637 kJ / 152 kcal, Fat 3.2g, of which saturates 0.5g, Carbohydrates 24.4g, of which saturates 0.9g, Protein 6.3g, Fibre 0.9g, Salt 1.3g.

Simply steam.

  1. Line a steamer (or a colander/sieve) with baking paper and place over a pan of boiling water on medium heat.
  2. Add the dumplings and cover with a lid. Steam for 7 minutes. Enjoy!

 

Air frying

  1. Add water (approx. 100ml) into the base of the air fryer.
  2. Pre-heat to 180°C. Spray oil onto the rack before adding dumplings. Distribute the dumplings evenly and spray with oil.
  3. Heat for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
 
Suitable to cook directly from frozen, just add an extra minute according to the cooking instructions to make sure it’s piping hot before serving.
