Recipen details:
Salad -
Shredded spinach
Shredded cabbage
Diced baby plum tomatoes
Diced cucumber
Chopped parsley
Pomegranate seeds
Chopped spring onions
Dressing -
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp water
Airfry the Chcken & Kimchi Mandu Dumplings and halloumi cubes for 8-10 minutes until browned and crisp.
Mix the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl or jar and mix well.
Toss the Dumplings and halloumi through the salad with the dressing!
